ShakeWell LLC ("we," "us," or "our") subscription service allows customers to receive regular deliveries of products from our store. By signing up for a subscription, you agree to the following terms and conditions outlined in this Subscription Policy.

Payment

Subscription payments will be charged on a recurring basis, as specified in your subscription plan. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the full amount of each subscription payment. If we are unable to process a payment, we will attempt to contact you and give you the opportunity to update your payment information. If we are unable to process your payment after several attempts, we reserve the right to cancel your subscription.

Changing Subscription

You can change your subscription plan at any time by contacting us at support@drinkshakewell.com. If you change your subscription plan, the new plan will take effect on your next billing cycle.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at support@drinkshakewell.com. If you cancel your subscription, it will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. You will not receive a refund for any portion of your subscription fee.

Shipping

Subscription orders will be shipped to the address specified in your account. If you need to update your shipping address, you must do so at least 5 business days before your next scheduled delivery.

Returns and Exchanges

Subscription orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us at support@drinkshakewell.com for assistance.
