ShakeWell LLC ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. This Shipping Policy explains our policies and procedures for shipping our products to you.

Free Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping on all orders over $97 in the US only. This is not applicable to wholesale orders. Subscription orders must also meet the requirement of being over $97 in the US to qualify for free shipping.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates and delivery estimates will vary depending on the product being ordered and the location to which the product is being shipped. The shipping rate and delivery estimates for your order will be displayed at checkout.

Shipping Methods

We use a variety of carriers to deliver our products, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier used for your order will be determined by the size and weight of the products being shipped, as well as the destination of the shipment.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number for your order once it has been shipped. You can track the status of your order by visiting the carrier's website and entering your tracking number.

Delivery

We will make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated delivery time displayed at checkout. However, delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carrier shipping practices, the unavailability or refusal of a person to accept delivery of the shipment, or force majeure events (such as natural disasters).

Changes to Your Order

If you need to make a change to your order after it has been placed, please contact us at support@drinkshakewell.com as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once the order has been shipped.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping.

No-Hassle Policy

If for any reason, within 30 days from date of purchase, you are not completely satisfied with your order we will refund the purchase price upon receipt of the return shipment.

This policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be sent to us and received before the refund will process.

Eligibility for Refunds

You are eligible for a refund if:

  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product was damaged during shipping.
  • The product was defective.

If an item is opened, we cannot replace it. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@drinkshakewell.com.

Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at support@drinkshakewell.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the reason for the refund request in your email.

Refunds

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Processing Time for Refunds

Refund requests will be processed within 7 business days of receipt. Once a refund has been processed, it may take an additional 7-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@drinkshakewell.com.

Refunds for Digital Products

Refunds for digital products, such as e-books or software, are generally not available.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product, please contact us at support@drinkshakewell.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the reason for the exchange request in your email. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that exchanges can be made once the order has been shipped.

Cancelled Orders

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us at support@drinkshakewell.com as soon as possible. We will make every effort to cancel the order, but we cannot guarantee that the order can be cancelled once it has been shipped.

Returns

If you need to return a product, please contact us at support@drinkshakewell.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the reason for the return request in your email. We will provide you with instructions for returning the product.

Shipping

To return your product, you should contact us at support@drinkshakewell.com to get a return label. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
